THIS SUNDAY!!! Sam Grow's first show back home after his tour will be March 1st from 1-6! Relay For Life Benefit Concert, Cornhole Tournament and Auction at the station. Music from Sam Grow, Sara Gray and Robbie Boothe. $10 cover, children 3 and under are free. Cornhole Tournament registration starts at 1:45pm. SUPER BINGO to benefit the SMVFA 2015 Convention

The Newburg Vol. Rescue Squad and Fire Department will hold a super bingo on Friday February 13th, 2015. It will benefit the SMVFA 2015 Convention.

Doors will open at 530pm, Early birds will start at 645pm with regular games starting at 7pm.

Regular games will pay $150, Specials will pay $200, the bonanza will have a guaranteed payout of $300, and the Jackpot will be played in 3 parts, $250 for ... (Full Story & Photos)

Company 14 First Due Working Shed Fire

On Jan 09, 2015 at approx. 16:35 hrs, Station 14 was alerted for a structure fire on Swindler Rd. Engine 143 responded with 4 volunteers. Chief 10-B arrived on scene and reported a working shed fire and established the Swindler Road Command. Engine 143 arrived on scene and laid 100' of 3" and pulled 200' of attack lines. The Newburg Volunteer Rescue Squad & Fire Department is going to take Santa for a ride on the apparatus. The run will start at about 5:00 pm and the list below are the neighborhoods we will be visiting. Any questions please the station at 301-259-2105.

2nd Annual Santa's Workshop

Join us for our 2nd Annual Santa's Workshop! The event will be held at our station this Saturday Dec. 6th from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. There will be plenty of activities for children of all ages to do! Activities include pictures with Santa, various different crafts and snacks! Admission is free, but donations will be accepted!
